European Waterways has waived the single supplement this Summer on four August cruises in the appealing Canal du Midi and Burgundy regions of France. For solo travellers wishing to join family, friends, or other passengers, with a cabin all to themselves, no single supplement will apply on the following 6-night cruises next month:

Canal du Midi:

The ‘no single supplement’ offer applies to the classic, 8-passenger, Anjodi departures:

10 August cruising from Castelnaudary past Carcassonne to Homps

17 August cruising from picturesque Le Somail to the lakeside fishing village of Marseillan

Pricing is £2,850 per person, saving £1,000 and includes all meals, wines, an open bar, excursions and local transfers.

Burgundy:

The ‘no single supplement’ offer applies to the spacious, 12-passenger, La Belle Epoque departures:

17 August cruising the Burgundy Canal from Tanlay to Venarey-les-Laumes

24 August cruising the return journey from Venarey-les-Laumes to Tanlay

Pricing leads in at £3,090 per person on 17 August, saving £1,100; and at £3,550 per person on 24 August, saving £1,250, and includes all meals, wines, an open bar, excursions and local transfers.
