Silversea celebrated its 20th anniversary yesterday with a Gala lunch onboard Silver Cloud, the first ship in the fleet, which was moored at HMS Belfast on the River Thames in London.
To
commemorate the occasion loyal guests and VIPs (Including our editor!) attend this special lunch
held in association with Silversea’s culinary partner Relais & Châteaux
which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. The menu, prepared
by Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef and two-Michelin-star Executive Head Chef of
Gidleigh Park in Devon, Michael Caines MBE, will include a Gazpacho Soup, Warm
Salad of Native Lobster, Wild Dartmoor Beef Fillet & Cheek and a Raspberry
Mousse.
